Our products are made in 316L stainless steel, pearls, enamels, semiprecious gemstones, glass stones and cubic zirconia. Stainless steel, being the base metal, is a hard, strong and resistant material. It is also hypoallergenic, meaning that is relatively unlikely to cause an allergic reaction.  We combine stainless steel with the finest 18K gold plating to provide you with a high-quality product. The gold plating renders the product delicate and so requires care and attention to maintain its longevity.

The following recommendations should be followed to help you enjoy the product for a long time.

• The product should not be impacted onto hard surfaces in order to avoid dents and breakages.
• All jewellery pieces should be stored individually and separately from other metals, preferably in the provided gift box, in order to avoid abrasion caused by items rubbing against each other.
• Remember to keep your chains fastened and apart to avoid these getting tangled.
• Avoid extreme humidity, use of perfume, deodorant, hairspray, make up, nail polish remover, lotions, oils, antibacterial soaps, shower gels, shampoos, excessive sweating, salty water, chlorine and chemicals in washing liquids, as they can all impact the gold plating. Although stainless steel is strong, gold plating is very delicate and can easily be discoloured or darkened; losing its shine if it comes across these elements. Semi-precious stones may also become dull when in contact with these elements since they are naturally porous. Such damage on plating and stones is irreparable.

Cleaning your jewellery is also essential to enjoy it for longer and preserve its shine. We suggest you use a soft, non-abrasive microfiber cloth to softly clean carefully your jewellery pieces. The use of lukewarm water is also accepted, as long as the item is then fully dried with a soft cloth. If necessary you can use a very mild liquid soap with warm water, and then rinse very well with clean warm water, and then fully dry with a soft cloth. Cleaners containing harsh chemicals are to be absolutely avoided due to irreparable damage.
