Delivery & Returns Policy

We offer deliveries around Malta and Gozo free of charge for all orders of €29.99 and above. A delivery charge of €4 applies for orders of a lesser value. Deliveries are conducted via registered post or by courier, at our discretion. We also offer the option of collecting orders from our premises. In that case, the delivery charge would not apply.

All orders are prepared and shipped within 48 hours. You will be notified via email that your order has been sent out, or is ready for collection.  Please allow 3 to 5 days for your order to arrive.

In the case of courier service, an identification document (ID Card) may be requested upon delivery. You will be informed by phone before a delivery is attempted. Should no one be available for a scheduled delivery, you would then need to collect your order from our premises. Our courier service is one time.

We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items due to postal or courier services. However, if in any situation this does occur, we would be more than happy to offer assistance.

If you wish, you may return your purchased items for a refund, or exchange them with other products, within 15 days from the date of the receipt of items. Items may be returned only if they are unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were received. Kindly note that this does not apply in the case of earrings, due to hygienic purposes, as well as sale items, which are non-returnable.

Unless the products received are defective, damaged, or not as specified on your order acknowledgement, you are responsible for the cost of returning the products. We recommend that you use the registered mail service to obtain proof of receipt. If any products are found faulty, the postage costs will be refunded.

When possible, refunds are conducted through the same payment method used in the initial payment.
