Our jewellery is covered by a warranty for a maximum period of one year from the original purchase date.
Stainless steel is a very strong material, but the gold plating is delicate and thus all products must be handled with care.
Should you have any issues with a product, you are kindly requested to contact us quoting the Order Number and we will do our best to assist you.
The warranty is valid for:
- Breakage of jewellery due to production faults.
- Loss of stones from the settlement due to production fault.
The warranty is not valid for conditions derived from misuse and normal wear and tear, including:
- Jewellery that has severe dents or has been bent.
- Breakage of product/falling of stones due to negligence.
- Discolouration due to wear and tear, or lack of care for the product. Please visit our Product Care section to learn more about how to take care of your product.
- Damage on plating caused by skin acidity.
- Loss of product.
To evaluate the issue, you may be asked to return the product, to investigate further.
In the event that an item is deemed faulty, you will either be granted an exchange, repair or credit note equivalent to the value of the product at the time of purchase.
